Hello Chaos Goblins,
Lol, I should probably make this website live so I’m not posting to no one. The struggle is real, my friends. I’m juggling writing book two, working full-time, being a mum, and trying to market book one. Time management? What’s that? But honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m grateful for my life, even though I don’t have enough hours in the day.
I’m impatiently waiting on a friend of mine to finish an updated cover for the Hot Mess Express. I was hoping it would be done before the release, but that’s okay. I’m trying hard not to apply any pressure, but I’m contemplating paying someone else to create one for me. Maybe a re-release in the new year for the first book? We will see how it plays out.
I’ve also started planning to reach out to a few local bookstores to see if they would like to stock some copies of my book – hopefully with the updated cover. And if everything goes to plan, I’ll have book two ready for release around April/May of next year.
However, I am stuck on the story for book two, which is frustrating the hell out of me. Sooo, I’ve started writing book three in the series, which focuses on Josie and Drew’s story. Yeah, I need a name for that book…haha, I’m so bad at this.
In the meantime, I’m hoping to build up a loyal street team to help spread the word. You can tell by these posts that I run on chaos…the lead chaos goblin if you will.
